Who you are dealing with

What is on sale

The Slow Path, USD 4.95 a week. Know, Create, Make and Become, in turn, over about nine months.
The Sprint, USD 595. The same four Parts in twelve weeks, one payment.
A team on the Sprint. Set up by us, with a start date, and invoiced. Ask us.

Prices and tax

All prices are in US dollars. In New Zealand, GST at fifteen per cent is added at checkout and your receipt is a GST tax invoice. Outside New Zealand no New Zealand GST applies, and where we are required to collect local tax it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery, and how long you have it

Access is immediate on payment. The link arrives by email, you sign in, and your welcome and your coach are there. You pick the day you start, and each drop arrives on its date, at 6.30am your time.
The Slow Path is paid weekly, from the day you buy. It stops by itself after your last drop.
The Sprint is paid once.
How long your access lasts. On either path, one month after your last drop. We email you 3 days before it closes.
Your @IA/AI coach stays yours, forever. It lives in your own AI, not with us, so it keeps working after your access closes.

Stopping the Slow Path

Email hello@industryapproved dot com and we stop your weekly payment at the end of the week you have paid for. Your access ends then. Your coach stays yours.

Under eighteen

If you are under eighteen, you need a parent or legal guardian's permission to become IndustryApproved. The tick at checkout confirms you have it.

The fourteen day point

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have fourteen days to change your mind about something bought online. For digital content that right can be given up, but only if you expressly agree to access starting immediately. That is what the box at checkout is for, and the tick is required to buy.

We ask because your welcome and your coach are yours from the moment you pay, and your drops follow on the dates you pick.

Refunds

Changed your mind after access started. No refund, because you agreed to that at checkout and you have the material. A week of the Slow Path already paid for is not refunded; stopping it means no more weeks.
Not what we described, or it does not work. Tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot fix it we will refund you.
Before access starts. Full refund, no questions.

Nothing here removes rights you have by law. In New Zealand the Consumer Guarantees Act applies and we cannot contract out of it for consumers.

The coach, specifically

@IA/AI arrives as a skill folder that you load into the AI you already use. It is licensed to you, one person, on the same terms as the rest of the path. Do not post it, share it or republish it.

What you put into your own AI is between you and whoever provides it, under their terms. We never see it.

Our limits

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. What we sell is method, knowledge and practice. It is thinking, not a guarantee.

We do not promise a commercial result. The method has worked for twenty five years, and it is still your work and your judgement that decide what happens next.

If we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, and governing law

If we change these terms, the change applies to purchases made after it is published. What you bought is what you bought.

New Zealand law governs these terms and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. If you bought as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the consumer rights of the country you live in.

What we collect, and why

Your email address, if you join the queue, with who is coming and which path. That is the whole reason.
Your name, email and billing country, if you buy, because we need them to sell you something and to get the tax right. Card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or hold them.
Your time zone, taken from your browser, so your drops arrive at 6.30am where you are.
What you tick as done, and where you are in your audio, so you can pick up on any device.

This site does not track you

No advertising pixels, no third party trackers, no page counts and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Who else touches it

Stripe for payments. Kit for email. Resend for your drops and your sign-in links. Cloudflare for serving the site and the path. That is the list. Nobody else, and no advertiser, ever.

All of them are overseas, so your information goes overseas, under the data processing terms each of them signs up to.

What we will never do

Sell your information, to anyone, at any price. Add you to anything you did not ask for. Make unsubscribing hard. Use your personal information to train a model.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. One email does all three, and we answer within twenty working days.

We do not keep your work

The path is applied to your own story and your own projects. None of that is stored by us, pooled, or shown to anybody else.

Your coach runs inside the AI you already use, on your own account, so your work never arrives here in the first place. The four questions from the door are asked and kept by your coach. We never see your answers.

And we do not learn from it

The practice learns from twenty five years of our own work. It does not learn from yours, and your material is never used to train a public model.
